Executive Director of Reclaimed Project
We are looking to hire a new Executive Director to oversee all aspects of Reclaimed Project’s ministries in Mississippi and in Africa. Title: Executive Director
Reports to: Board of Directors
Description of Responsibilities:
-Overseeing all of the various operations of Reclaimed Project.
-Developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to raise funds for every aspect of Reclaimed Project's ministries.
-Conduct staff meetings with select staff teams and the entire staff at regular intervals throughout the year to make decisions and to set and track progress of ministry goals and accomplishments.
-Invest in the spiritual development of the staff and other short and long-term volunteers.
-Work alongside other Ministry Directors to cast vision for ministry and to implement effective ministry strategies according to Reclaimed Project’s vision and mission.
-Working with the volunteer coordinator to mobilize volunteers for various community projects.
-Communicating regularly with the Board of Directors as to ministry developments and progress made accomplishing the vision and mission of Reclaimed Project.
-Deliver regular reports to the Board of Directors on the financial status of the organization.
-Exemplifies the qualities of a servant leader.
-Great communication skills; able to effectively communicate the vision and mission of Reclaimed Project for fundraising purposes.
-Sound Theology and Missiology agreeing with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000) and the Vision and Mission of the International Mission Board (IMB)
-Great networking ability; willingness to solicit funds for the organization from churches, businesses, and other individual donors.
Start Date: August 1st, 2018
